Product Description
AKTIOL Activator in granular form for reinforcing white fillers based on Silica. Aktiol promotes long scorch times at lower temperatures up to 120 °C, therefore it will provide safe processing and mixing of rubber compounds. Aktiol can be incorporated very easily without any problems. Excellent activating influence, especially in combination with organo silanes in sulfur cured rubber compounds.
ACTIVIN NT Alkaline activator in powder form for white fillers based on Silica to be used especially in NR. Because of the alkaline properties a significant increase in physical results, such as tear strength, moduli and hardness, can be obtained. Activin can be incorporated and dispersed into the rubber compound very easily.
ACTIGRAN 50 50 % active preparation of trimethylolpropantrimethacrylate in granular form to improve physical properties of peroxide cured rubber compounds.
ACTIGRAN 70 70 % active preparation of trimethylolpropantrimethacrylate in granular form to improve physical properties of peroxide cured rubber compounds.
ACTIGRAN SO 70 Granular form of a scorchretarded trimethyloltrimethacrylate (TRIM) with an activity of 70 % on an inert carrier. Actigran SO 70 provides much longer scorch time resp. scorch safety compared to simple trimethacrylates. However, the curing time (t90) is more or less the same and will not be prolonged.
PERTAC GR 60 % active preparation of a liquid 1.2 polybutadiene in granular form for the use in peroxide and sulfur cured rubber compounds. The low viscosity of the polybutadiene will provide better processability of the rubber compound. Especially in peroxide cured rubber compounds, a higher curing rate can be achieved, therefore physical properties will increase.

ANTITACK NP-97 Zinc stearate dispersion for the use as antitack agent for all kinds of uncured rubber compounds. The zinc stearate particles melt at a temperature of 120 °C and will be absorbed by the rubber compound. Antitack NP-97 shows no negative influence on molding properties or rubber-metal-bonding.
ANTITACK NP-97/TY-40 Highly concentrated dispersion of zinc stearates, higly recommended use as antitack agent for uncured rubber compounds. Antitack NP-97/TY-40 is suitable especially for batch-off machines with spraying systems. The zinc stearate dispersion additionally contains an emulsifier which ensures an easier dilution in water.
ANTITACK BTO-7 Non-foaming transparent antitack agent for the treatment of uncured rubber sheets, strips or granules which is especially suitable for spraying systems. The high content of detergents will guarantee uniform treatment and high effectiveness
ANTITACK BTO-15 Bio-degradable antitack agent, suitable for batch-off machines with dipping and spraying equipment to treat uncured rubber batches, granules or strips. After drying, the antitack agent creates a very thin non-slippery polymer layer on the surface of the rubber compound. Therefore it supports further processing of rubber compounds, using extruders or an open mill. Rubber compounds with cold flow can be treated successfully with Antitack BTO-15, due to the flexible polymer film.
ANTITACK BTO-20 Mandrel release agent, most suitable for the production of hoses cured in autoclaves. Antitack BTO-20 prevents the sticking of the rubber compound to the mandrels. The vulcanized hoses can be removed very easily. Antitack BTO-20 is soluble in water and free of silicones.
ANTITACK BTO-30 Highly effective magnesium stearate dispersion for the use in batch-off equipment working either with dip tanks or spraying systems, for the treatment of uncured rubber sheets, strips or granules.
ANTITACK BTO-31 LF Highly effective magnesium stearate dispersion for the use in batch-off equipment working either with dip tanks or spraying systems, for the treatment of uncured rubber sheets, strips or granules. The fine particle size of the magnesium stearate and the extraordinary stability of the dispersion of the antitack agent will form a thin, nearly transparent antitack film which will be absorbed by the rubber compound at temperatures of approx. 90 °C. Antitack BTO-31 LF contains detergents, antirust and antifoam agents which will ensure maintenance-free operation of the batch-off equipment. Special additives enable the evaluation of the concentration by conductivity.
ANTITACK BTO-33 Highly effective magnesium stearate dispersion for the use as antitack agent for uncured rubber compounds. By using a special production method, the magnesium stearate is partially hydrophobic, therefore the pigments will rise up to the upper level of the dip tank. The antitack film of Antitack BTO-33 is drying very quickly and will be absorbed by the rubber compound already at temperatures of approx. 90 °C. Antitack BTO-33 has been developed considering the latest ecological aspects.

DISPERGATOR FL Processing aid in granular form with excellent compatibility in all standard elastomers like NR, SBR, EPDM, CR, NBR, IIR, CSM, ECO, etc. Dispergator FL has an excellent influence on filler dispersion and homogeneity of rubber compounds. While extruding and calandering significant improvements in processability can be achieved. Already small dosages of Dispergator FL will cause a clearly recognizable improvement in rubber compound flow.
DISPERGATOR FL PLUS Improved version of Dispergator FL. In comparison to Dispergator FL, Dispergator FL plus shows stronger influence on rubber compound flow and Mooney viscosity. Good compatibility with all standard elastomers, such as NR, SBR, EPDM, CR, NBR, IIR, CSM, ECO, etc.
DISPERGATOR FD Highly effective processing aid for compounds in alimentary contact. It has been developed according to the regulations of FDA and BfR XXI (formerly BGVV regulation). Kettlitz-Dispergator FD shows excellent compatibility to all polymers commonly used in rubber industry.
DISPERGATOR DS Processing aid for rubber compounds based on NR, EPDM, IIR and NBR during injection molding and incorporation.
